So I’m reading the new Building on a budget article.

This is the SECOND time I’ve seen Venser and Koth brought up (he put a playset of Koth in this week’s “budget” deck)

Koth has become very easy to acquire these days. Duel Decks Venser vs. Koth put a lot of extra copies of the mythic rare into circulation.

He had to repeat this same line verbatim in his own article. It’s like if you repeat it enough it might be true.

MAYBE it is in real cards, but I have my doubts. The duel deck is 20 dollars and with the cards in them you’re more or less paying 20$ for a set of Koth and Venser.

This is not what I consider budget.

Also I play online where Venser and Koth are over 10 tickets (1 ticket = 1 dollar) a piece. I think we have different definitions of budget.

Daily Combo May 30th, 2012.  Darksteel Forge + March of the Machines

The Forge itself becomes a 9/9 indestructible creature, which is pretty cool. Also it makes all the other artifacts in your deck indestructible killing machines! It may be a little hard to pull of… wait what was that Arcum Dagsson? You make this easy to put together? What’s that? Tinker you say? Ok I get it I get it. Blue has what? draw now?

Marvel Force of Will Alters by Terese Nielsen.

These are just…

Everyone talks about Crosis’s Attendant already, but look at the mindservant too.

Just sayin’

Silly mood tonight just chopped up somethings I loved and put them together.

Daily Combo May 29th, 2012. Palace Guard + Ghostly Possession

This one was sent in by ToominatorHe explains it very well.

Palace guards can block any number of creatures and ghostly possession grants it flying and prevents all damage dealt to and by it, allowing infinite blocking. They are the same color too which works perfect for any white defender decks.
